Project Details:
Roof replacement at the Computing Center identified the roof-mounted chiller was in disrepair and needed replacement. Through an iterative design process it was determined that replacement and relocation to an on-grade pad was the best option. DCS provided complete civil design to support the relocation and replacement of the chiller and also provided landscape design in combination with project design team lead by Pahl Architecture. DCS's services included:
