DCS has recently contracted on this project to provide full consulting and project management services, including helping to secure a new site for Loveland Classical to relocate then providing oversight and project management through full design and construction of a new building.
Our first phase of services involves providing real estate due diligence, assessing several potential sites identified in an effort to confirm the best site is selected for current and future needs of the school. Our background in real estate development has given our Clients a trusted source to help them navigate this process. In a short three-week period, we investigated all potential sites and have narrowed our recommendation to one site based on traffic concerns, municipal restrictions, municipal fees and process, constructability and associated costs. This service provides a confident platform for the school to begin purchase of the property and maintain an aggressive schedule towards project completion.
